Tubex Manufacturing Limited offers over 1000 Pre-bent pipes for the automotive aftermarket industry. Tubex carries front, intermediate and tail pipes for most makes and models of cars and light trucks both domestic and foreign.

Tubex manufactures a full range of pre-bent in sizes from 1 1/2" to 3". Tubex uses l6,l7,and l8 gauge aluminized tubing. The tubing that is used is heavier than what is often found on the aftermarket exhaust pipes. This provides Tubex's product the strenght and durability it is known for. Sixteen gauge is used on all 2 1/2" and 3" applications, especially for truck applications which pull heavier loads than passenger vehicles, the exhaust systems have to be strong.

A Vector measuring device gives exact measurements to their Eagle computerized benders, helping Tubex keep up with the quality pipe they offer.

Tubex offers mandrel bent pipe with a minimum quantity of twenty-five per part number. This has put Tubex's foot in the door in the performance market.

Finished prebent is shipped in large cardboard boxes approximately four foot by eight foot. Each box holds 160-200 pipes, depending on the size of the pipe. Tubex has seen as many as 5000 pieces fitting in 28 boxes on a tractor trailor leave their facility.

LTL is a common way of shipping, always keeping in mind the freight cost for two boxes would be the same for one. Tubex's custom size boxes allow shipping to double stack in a trailor, which helps reduce the cost of freight.

Tubex's multi-label is very popular and attractive. It is useful for our customers allowing them the flexibility for selling to their various customers.

Tubex has 90,000 pieces of pre-bent in stock at present, this enables a fast turnaround with orders and an excellent fill rate.
